Between 2008 and 2011, I was commissioned by The Individual Restaurant Company to document seasonal food culture across Italy, with assignments in Abruzzo and Verona. The work captured every stage of production—from stone-pressed olive oil and saffron harvesting in Navelli to white truffle hunting in the forests of Abruzzo.
